Financial Wellness Program: Terms and Conditions

By signing up for M.E.L. Inc. Global's Financial Wellness Program, you agree to the following terms:

• Program Overview: We provide credit analysis, credit repair services, and financial consulting to improve your financial health.

• Payment: Services begin with a $197 down payment at the time of setup, followed by monthly installments, which can be spread over either 6 or 12 months, depending on the qualifying tier.

• Eligibility: You must not apply for new credit or allow new credit inquiries during the program.

• Cancellation: You can cancel within 48-hours of signing agreement for a full refund. After 48-hours, no refunds are provided, and any outstanding balance will be due upon termination.

• Liability: We are not liable for the accuracy of your credit report or any changes that occur after the Program.

• Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Texas.
